* to open:

- enter the code you have been given on the keyboard, followed by "Yale" (wait a few seconds and the door will open)

* Close:

- When you leave the apartment, close the door firmly and press "Yale" on the keypad. (most lights that are still on in the apartment will also be turned off automatically)
