Cancellation Policy

• With a standard reservation
• the guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the planned arrival. The amount already paid will be refunded within 14 days. An administrative fee of €50 will be charged.

• However, the cleaning costs will be refunded at the latest 14 days after the cancellation date
• With a guaranteed non-refundable reservation
• the guest is required to pay the full amount upon reservation
• in case of cancellation, no claim can be made for a refund of the stay
